Even if the existence of a link between excess food and different diseases is accepted, it is difficult to establish a direct relationship between diet and cancer, for lack of scientific evidence unstoppable.

A direct link between diet and cancer, not so easy to establish
It is difficult to make a direct link between diet and cancer, because of the difficulties inherent in this type of scientific evidence. It is nevertheless admitted that the link between excess food and different diseases like cardiovascular disease and cancer is plausible, which requires genuine food re-education should emphasize the consumption of fruits and vegetables rich in vitamins, moderate consumption of meat grilled and alcohol and consumption of dietary fiber.

- Do not eat the charred parts.
