Natural Medicine: raw fooders instincto and therapy

The study of the compatibility of various food categories has been done by many vegetarians. They concluded that many are incompatible with each other, because of their compositions, or digestive juices they request.

According to these theories, a healthy food can become harmful to us when combined with other foods. For example, fruits do not need to make a short stay in the stomach in that they combine very well with cereals or legumes, that they stay longer than two hours. Such a mixture would be likely to produce toxic substances that are difficult to eliminate by the body.

The main inconsistencies are denounced:

- Fruits and grains;

- Fruits and legumes;

- Dried fruits and vegetables;

- Fruits and fats;

- Dairy products and cereals;

These results lead to many vegetarians do not eat fruit in between meals, because their rapid digestion is hardly compatible with that of most other foods.

Lunch:

Vegetables lactofermented
Sprouted lentil salad with cashew nuts and avocado
Green tea

Snack in the afternoon: 

Fresh fruit 

Dinner:

Raw Carrot Soup
Quinoa sprouted in the olive oil
Herbal tea choice
