Tetany

Cramps
These are painful, involuntary contractions of a muscle. The working muscles are somewhat more susceptible to cramps. Stretching exercises smooth muscles that you do not usually seek.For cramps, during or after exercise, what should we do?
Stop exercising immediately. Release the muscle: if the pain persists, work the muscle extension. You have, for example, a calf cramp: pull your toes toward you by using your hands.Keep at rest a few minutes if you start right away on tiptoe, the cramp returns immediately.
If you have frequent cramps, you're probably tired . They occur more easily in this case (lack of sleep , overwork). If they persist despite rest, consult a doctor because they can be a symptom of a disease. In most cases, however, the cramps are simply a sign of a slight deficiency in minerals . They will disappear, as long as you adopt a more balanced diet, consuming more fruits (eg bananas). In most cases, eating fruits and vegetables, drink plenty of lightly sweetened fruit drinks, and is amply sufficient. You can also take-called energy drinks, which contain all the essential mineral elements.
Aches
If you're not used to exert a force on a muscle, you will automatically have an ache in the muscle.This is an elective muscle pain, which manifests itself in a gesture that mobilizes and palpation / pressure.The curvature begins within twenty-four hours after exercise, and disappears after three days. We can hope that it fades faster. The causes are unknown aches. Believed to be caused by the accumulation of lactic acid in muscle following exercise.
If you have body aches, it is not necessary to wait until they have completely disappeared to start exercising. It is better to continue working, but gently. A hot bath or sauna are good ways to mitigate the pain.
When you begin to practice stretching, you'll be amazed by the amount of soreness, when, apparently, you did not make violent efforts. In fact, the slow movements of the muscles are stretched in depth, as far as weight lifting or gymnastics. This is just a different way of acting on the muscle, stretching, while the traditional sports are working contraction. Today, it is advisable to use both methods, strength and stretching, following one another.
