To develop an overall muscle, three types of exercises are recommended: fitness work, stretching the muscle, and finally relaxed. Find here an exercise in relaxation of the adductors to help you make your pond more mobile.
Lying down, raise your legs. Tense and paste your buttocks against a wall.
Spread your legs either side and let them "fall" of their weight.
Relax and let go the weight of your legs while keeping your butt on the ground.
As the minutes, you will feel your muscles relax and a stretch in the adductors.
Maintain the position at least 5 minutes .
This exercise can be done as many times as you want in the week.
