By dressing: Exercise 1
Standing with legs apart and your feet solidly on the ground. Staple your bra in a deep breath and lifting your elbows as high as possible on each side of the body.
By dressing: Exercise 2
Lace up your shoes or put on your boots, legs spread and tense, bringing your chest as close to the legs. Pull your butt back and make a slight twist of the waist.
By dressing: Exercise 3
Put your skirt, your dress or your pants trying to stay balanced on the toes. Try also to keep your legs straight and back straight.
