FOR SKIN AS SOFT AS SILK

In the shower or bath (if it does not last more than ten minutes and the water is warm rather than hot), you must be careful not to use foaming products and gels too aggressive.

Council for dry skin

If you have dry skin , use preferably a fatty soap containing agents that promote Superfatting Lipid-Replenishing the skin without soap or soap. If you absolutely want to add something in the bath water, please choose a product based on oil.

First reaction: moisturize your skin

After showering or bathing, dry yourself by patting, not rubbing, and apply immediately on the wet skin lotion or milk containing moisturizing ingredients very nutritious. You can, for example, opt for products made from shea butter or almond oil . Texture fluid, body lotion offers instant penetration, while the cream provides intense hydration. As for the body oil, prefer it dry: it will not leave a greasy film, but will provide a glazed effect to your skin.

Second reflex: scrub

If you dream of having skin soft and smooth as silk, you must remove dead skin cells. Make a scrub, preferably when you're in the shower (with an emphasis on rough spots like feet or elbows) once or twice a week with an exfoliating product or a glove designed for this effect. There are different kinds: the glove of horsehair, aggressive enough, the glove or loofah (natural or synthetic fiber) milder but equally effective. If you have sensitive skin, opt for the glove fiber milk. How? Wet and soap the glove then operate in a circular motion. Result: The skin is soft and the circulation stimulated. Then apply a cream, milk or body lotion.
