In the shower or bath, lather your back by placing one hand after another as far as possible between the shoulder blades, elbow raised, all for 30 seconds.

Lather up now with the size of the opposite hand side as you wash, focusing for 30 seconds. Besides being clean and fresh, your size will be toned!

Tackle your legs. Soaping up your calves by flexing the torso forward, legs stretched out straight, all for 1 minute. You should feel the contraction of leg muscles throughout the movement.
