UV RAYS ARE CARCINOGENIC ARTIFICIAL!

It is now official and clearly notified: the artificial UV , such as those issued by the tanning lamps, newly classified as carcinogenic and some not as carcinogenic likely. So to avoid skin cancer, avoid frequenting salons tanning !

Artificial UV = skin cancer

The suspects long to be carcinogenic , experts have finally decided on artificial UV . The International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) issued a report showing that UVA is just as dangerous as UVB , and also the effects of these two types of UV radiation are cumulative. This information is very important because until now it was considered less dangerous than UVA and UVB , which legitimized the tanning lamps which deliver only UVA! Other essential data contained in this report: exposure to artificial UV radiation before age 30 increases by 75% the risk of melanoma, skin cancer the most formidable.It is no longer possible to maintain the artificial UV in the category of "probably carcinogenic to humans "(group 2). Thus, the WHO officially announced their passage in group 1, namely " carcinogenic to humans ". It must be said that the situation was more than paradoxical:
  • one hand the government conduct an annual prevention campaign among the general public to encourage them to avoid sun exposure and sunburn to prevent skin cancer;
  • another, UV booths continue to grow to great fanfare.
Result, cancers of the skin exploding for ten years. If the ban on tanning booths is not provided, however, the public must be informed clearly and misconceptions swept away: 1. The artificial UV radiation are as dangerous as UV and thus natural carcinogens. 2. Issued by the UVA tanning lamps add to UVB issued by the sun. 3. Artificial tanning does not specifically prepare the skin for natural sun exposure. 4. Artificial tanning is not necessary to facilitate the secretion of vitamin D. Very low sun exposure sufficient to meet the needs of the organization. It is unnecessary and unjustified to use tanning booths in this object, it may be too high. 5. The artificial UV are not good for morale.Certainly, light therapy is a technique sometimes used in the treatment of certain depressions. But it delivers no UV.
