SCULPT YOUR BUTT 3 / 3

To find the buttocks of Brazil, here is the continuation and conclusion of our program. Remember to breathe deeply.Perform these exercises 3-4 times per week initially for 2-3 months. 1-3 times per week thereafter for maintenance.

Sculpt your butt part 3: Exercise 1


Crouched, feet parallel width apart basin, head high, hands on hips. Pull the shoulders back and lift up gradually, keeping the back straight. Descend slowly.

10 times. 


Sculpt your butt part 3: year 2


Standing beside a chair. Place your left foot in the center of the chair and stand on the chair by pushing the left heel. Place the right foot to side without putting it down, then right foot back down to the ground. Help yourself to a broom handle to keep your balance.

2 times 15 repetitions on each side. 

Sculpt your butt part 3: Exercise 3


Sit on your knees, kicks on the floor and legs together. Stretch your arms parallel and raise your body by tightening the buttocks and thighs, keeping perpendicular to the ground. Come down and sit on your heels.

15 to 20 times. 


Our tip


To firm your butt at any moment, is simple: tighten your buttocks for a few seconds, 5 times in a row.
