STAINING HOUSE WHICH TO CHOOSE AND HOW?

Nearly six in ten women color their hair themselves ... Wicks, reflections or radical changes, almost all operations can be performed at home.

However, before you embark on a color home, know that there are various types, focusing on differences in the degree of coverage and durability.

• First type of staining : the so-called temporary or transient. It can make a reflection to the natural color but does not create major changes? Its effect disappears over the shampoo and it does not require maintenance or roots, or lengths.
• Second type of staining : the tone on tone, which lasts six to eight weeks and can darken your hair or enhance the natural color of hair . Its main assets are not to create an effect of roots and cover about 50% of the hair white.
• The last type of color , perm, is the only way to completely change hair color and cover all the hair white. Its coverage and durability are accompanied by a disadvantage: it is imperative to repeat the operation every six weeks for failing to root effects.

How?

Once you've selected your technique and color, follow carefully the instructions indicated on the product packaging. No way to decrease or increase the quantities of product for example, may lead to a result not only different from that announced but sometimes disastrous (points not colored hair on parts etc..). When the hair has a lot of white hair, start applying the product where they are most numerous and, if the hair is long, use two color kits to promote good distribution of the product and the optimal impregnation of the hair .

Before starting operations, remember to cover your shoulders with a towel (which can be stained!) And coat the arms of your glasses with cellophane. Also take care spots on the skin overlying the edge of hair with Vaseline (to remove before neutralizing shampoo) or a headband. In the event of slippage, do not rub but remove the trace using a brush. Finally, a small clarification: the products of staining for the hair are not adapted to other areas of the body such as the eyebrows, for example. They are too close to the mucosa so that we can use the product safely. If you want to stain or discolor your eyebrows without risking major irritation, talk to a specialist (esthetician).
