A baby or young child (under 5 years) needs, such as larger, a full breakfast to start your day. But due to lack of time, appetite or idea, do not swallow any food to your child in the morning? Here are some tips for making baby food for breakfast.
Ideal breakfast
There is no single type of breakfast "ideal" but a myriad! The solution is to rely on a full breakfast, which is as ours, adjusting the quantities to your baby's appetite. So that the baby food is the most ideal, this is what must be composed breakfast:- A dairy product : milk, yogurt or cheese for protein and calcium;
- A cereal product : bread, toast or cereal for carbohydrates;

Some examples of breakfasts for babies from 1 to 2 years :
- 200 ml of milk with infant flour, applesauce;
- Applesauce, 3 cookies and 2 small-Swiss;
- 200 ml of milk mixed with banana, 2 cookies;
- Yoghurt, toast and jam, compote;
- 200 ml of milk, bread and butter, fruit juice.
Some examples of breakfast for children between 3 and 4 years:
- 2 biscuits, fruit juice + 1 cup of milk chocolate;
- A mashed banana with yogurt, 1 cookie;
- 150 g white cheese with cereal and 1 kiwi;
- Milk Honey + 1 to 2 slices of bread with a little butter sauce + 1.
Baby will not eat in the morning
To stimulate the appetite of baby (over 2 years), offer her a glass of fresh orange juice. A few minutes later, once awake, your child will accept it easier to come eat. Do not dwell too much if your child does not really eat in the morning, to avoid deadlock. What about a yogurt drink and a packet of cereal if he can eat on the journey to school. However if your child has trouble eating and lose weight consult your pediatrician.Choose a breakfast presented in a fun way for kids. And allow them more time. If your child tends to oppose you, do not offer him anything but just leave food within her reach. It feels so less "forced".

He will not give up his bottle for breakfast? Nothing serious. Just remember that it is unnecessary to remove the baby bottle strength.
