Dietary diversification: at what age?
In general, we recommend starting the diversification between 4 and 6 months.The recommended rate is 4 meals a day: breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner.
In all cases, follow the recommendations of your pediatrician.
From 6 months to 7 months: introduction of vegetables, fruits
Breakfast :- Breastfeeding or bottle of milk 2nd age of 240 ml.
Lunch :
- Breastfeeding or bottle of 240 ml, gradually add vegetables mixed into the bottle of milk (about 30 and then 50 grams). Introduce one food at a time, and meet every few days.
Taste :
- Breastfeeding or bottle of 240 ml start "small pot" of fruits, fruit sauces house without adding sugar.
Dinner :
