Choice of fish
Choose fish fillets or blocks (thick slices). Fish: accompaniments
To ensure that your child accepts the taste of fish, offer him a coaching he loves:- A sauce (tomato, bechamel, herbs ...)

- Pizza, lasagna or pasta with fish (a tuna bolognese or carbonara salmon);

The problem edges
