Food: A good distribution of nutrients

The overall energy needs must be distributed in the form of carbohydrates, lipids and proteins .
répartition nutriments

The usual diet consists of the following:

- Carbohydrates: 50 to 60%
- Fat: 30-35%
- Protein: 10-15%
This distribution varies somewhat by food traditions, but the carbohydrates, made mainly by cereals and starches, are the dominant part of the diet

Our needs for vitamins, minerals and trace elements are generally satisfied by a varied diet, including vegetables, fresh fruit, milk products.
