Healing with Food: Snack or not

A new paradox arises about snacking. For dietitians increasingly numerous, it is preferable to distribute food intake throughout the day rather than grouping them together in two or three large meals.

Ideally, you must eat five times a day. Some advocate eating a little (a biscuit, fruit) before meals to reduce hunger and food intake thus: to eat less, so he would eat all the time, in small quantities, and so never hungry.

Yet the conventional diet teaches us to respect meal times and not nibble, because it is often in these snacks or snacks banned found that the calories are fattening.

In the present state of knowledge, it is best to allocate their meals together: breakfast buffet, snack at 10 am, lunch, snack around 16 or 17 hours, dinner, that is to say, five food intake in the day.
