Menus for a balanced diet

Here are some sample menus. They form a framework from which you can let your imagination. For, in essence, a system is mostly better choose their diet.

Menu with normal caloric intake

For breakfast:
An orange, coffee, yogurt, buttered toast and honey 
or orange, cereal, milk.

For lunch:
Raw vegetables seasoned 
125 g of meat or fish 
125 g of vegetables or cereals (rice, pasta) 
fruit 
bread, preferably whole

To try: 
A sweet drink 
low-fat cottage cheese 
possibly a pastry

Dinner: 
Vegetable soup or salad seasoned 
dish with little animal fat 
cheese 
fruit or dessert 
bread
possibly a glass of wine

Menu 1500 calories per day

We offer three examples of low calorie menu.

Menu 1:

For breakfast:
A cup of tea or coffee without sugar 
a slice with a spoonful of honey
freshly squeezed orange juice

For lunch:
A plate of raw vegetables seasoned with lemon juice or salad dressing (use little oil, or take the paraffin oil)
a piece of chicken, cooked without fat
mash with a knob of butter
a slice of bread
an orange

To try:
A milk tea unsweetened

Dinner:
A vegetable soup 
100 to 150 grams of prepared fish in court bouillon
a green salad with lemon juice
Unsweetened yogurt
a banana
Menu 2:

For breakfast:
A chocolate prepared with 200 ml of milk fat and two teaspoons of instant chocolate
a slice of bread or toast without jam

For lunch:
A thin slice of ham cooked defatted (50 g)
100 g of rice with tomato
a piece of bread
a share of cottage cheese
seasonal fruit

To try:
Fresh fruit

Dinner:
Grated carrots with lemon juice 
a boiled egg 
a slice of bread 
yoghurt without sugar 
a pear
Menu 3:

For breakfast:
A bowl of skim milk, 2-3 tablespoons of cereal.

For lunch: 
Grilled fish with a knob of butter 
100 g green beans steamed 
a baked potato without sugar 
or unsweetened coffee with sweetener

To try: 
Unsweetened yogurt

Dinner: 
grilled steak, no fat 
100 g of mashed carrots, celery with nut butter 
a green salad dressed with lemon juice 
a slice of bread
an apple

Menu 1000 calories per day

A 1000 calorie diet should never be undertaken without medical advice.

For breakfast: 
freshly squeezed orange juice
a glass of skim milk

For lunch:
a vegetable platter with lemon juice or vinaigrette with paraffin oil 
100 g of fish broth 
fruit

To try: 
unsweetened tea

Dinner 
Vegetable soup (100 g)
a boiled egg
100 g of vegetables cooked without fat
a fat yogurt without sugar
fruit
