Among the salt-free diets, there is a strict diet. This brings in turn, less than 1.5 gram of salt. It is rarely prescribed.
It is even more restrictive, especially for vegetables and meat. Are also removed dairy products and white cheeses (there are salt-free milk).
List of essential foods to avoid:

- Bread and salted biscuits;

- Alcoholic beverages;
