5 REASONS NOT TO STOP IN WINTER SPORTS

Playing sports is not obvious to everyone. And when outside must be gray and cold, it's even harder to get started! Here are five good reasons not to get discouraged.
1) Playing sports reduces the risk of catching a cold
According to a recent British study (1), when we do sports we run less risk of catching a cold. Researchers interviewed a thousand people on their form, the amount of physical activity they were engaged, and also on their health. Result: the severity of colds decreased by 41% among those who felt very fit, and 31% among those who were most sports. So do not forget your sneakers as soon as thewinter shows its face, otherwise it's yours that could run!
2) The sport 's fight against winter blues
Hard to do sports when there is a lack of energy and you're depressed. And yet the sport is precisely the solution to all these problems! Indeed, physical activity is one of the most effective against SAD (and cons of all depressions elsewhere).
3) Continue a sport that is easier again!
If you're used to playing sports in the summer, do not give up especially when the weather turns gray! Indeed, the regularity that is most beneficial in thepractice sportive. And get back to sport after a break of several weeks is obviously much more difficult than maintaining a habit already taken. So hang in there!
4) In winter, playing sports outside is possible and beneficial
Jogging when temperatures drop seems uncomfortable at first, but most runners found the cold more bearable than heat. Provided you properly covered, you warm up with special care, and avoid days when the ground is slippery, you do not give up your sport. And do not forget, of course, that allwinter offer wonderful opportunities for weekend athletes.
5) The winter sports is an opportunity to explore new activities
If your sport of choice is really related to the weather, perhaps a chance for you! You can indeed discover or rediscover the things you're not used to practice. And adherence to a room of sports is a must! Yoga, Pilates, dance and all the variations available to you. It is believed less in the pool in winter, but water and premises are always heated!
