MEN AND WOMEN DO NOT SWEAT THE SAME WAY!

The women sweat less than men, it is now a scientifically proven truth. And apparently it is rather a disadvantage for women ...

Women take longer to transpire

This Japanese study shows that prior to putting in sweat, women must achieve a high level of intensity in exercise. For men, this level is lower. And that's good for them, because sweating is friends with practice sports. A condition to be offset by a hydration sufficient, it helps regulate body temperature is elevated by the sport. People who sweat can therefore exercising for longer, especially if the outside temperature is high.

Even well-trained women take longer to transpire

Generally, practice a physical activity lowers the threshold at which sport is starting to sweat. But for women, even after training, sweating continues to come more slowly than men. This difference is due, thinks we, the male testosterone, which increases the sweating. Scientists are also as explanation the fact that women are more susceptible to dehydration than men perspireless would be less dangerous for them.

Sweating, friendly sports
We see the sweat, even if it is not generally well perceived, is important for athletes. And men can not now deny that they sweat more than women ...but they can boast that it increases their effectiveness sport!
