MY 4 EXERCISES TO GET RID OF CELLULITE

There is no miracle cure to get rid of cellulite . The only things that work are the inlaid areas massage and physical activity. Jogging and swimming are activities strongly recommended that the most courageous will complete at home with these 4 exercises Fitness special anti-cellulite .

 

Please have a gym mat and a rubber band, and make some relaxations. 
Then start these four exercises one after another. 

Exercise 1


At 4 feet, place your forearms on the floor, spread to shoulder width. 
Extend one leg and make statements in light keeping the right pelvis. Repeat sets of 8 alternating series of slow and fast statements. At year end, hold the up position a few seconds. Rest 30 seconds and repeat with other leg.

Exercise 2


Standing with legs apart the width of the hips, bend your legs slightly while tilting the torso forward and pushing the buttocks back. Be sure to keep your back straight, not rounded. The body weight is on your heels.
Repeat sets of 8 bending, alternating slow and fast sets. 

Exercise 3


Standing with back straight, buttocks and abs back. Place a rubber band at your ankles and stretch one leg back, keeping the right pelvis. Make sets of 8 beats alternating series of slow and fast beats. Do not put your foot down between each beat. At year end, hold the position for several seconds extended leg back. Rest 30 seconds before repeating with the other leg.

Exercise 4


Lie on your back, arms along the body and lift your legs to the ceiling. Make big scissors.
Repeat sets of 8. 
If you can not keep your back pressed to the ground, place your hands under your buttocks. 

And do not forget that this is the regularity that pays. You will need several weeks to start seeing results. Then why not continue your daily exercises for months, years or more. Exercise is really the No. 1 weapon against cellulite.
