FIRM UP THE UNDERSIDE OF YOUR ARM

With age or lack of exercise, the armstend to be relaxed, especially under the arms ! These are the triceps , which shrink as they are little used in everyday life sedentary. Here are 3 exercises to strengthen effectively and quickly under your arm . The first is unavoidable, the following 2 are reserved for the most demanding or most courageous ...

Special exercise firmer triceps

Every morning, just before going under the shower, make a series of pumps.
Initially, 7 pumps enough, you will increase gradually.
Also at the beginning, you can afford to put their knees on the ground.
This is not the performance is concerned, but the consistency. The important thing is to do consistently every day!
This exercise is very fast, have less than 30 seconds to ten pumps.
It is also extremely simple and requires no hardware, no carpets and no weights.
Finally, the pumps are very efficient to work your triceps and strengthen the armpits .

Two additional exercises for triceps concrete

Exercise 1
Standing with legs slightly apart and slightly bent. Buttocks and abs held tight.
Grab a dumbbell in both hands and up the arms above your head.
Keep your arms close to your ears, and bend your forearm back.
Repeat sets of 8 alternating series of slow and fast bends.
At year end, hold for several seconds the intermediate position (arm and forearm at right angles) before releasing.

Exercise 2
Put yourself in front slot, torso tilted back straight.
A dumbbell in one hand, stick your arms alongside the torso. Bend and stretch the forearm, as far back as possible while keeping your arm still stuck along the bust.
Like last year, repeat series of 8 alternating series of flexion / extension slow and fast. And at year end, hold the extended position for several seconds.

At the end of the session, do not forget to stretch your triceps. Bend one arm behind his head, his hand resting on the scapula. Grab your elbow with your other hand and gently stretch. Repeat for other side.
