TIPS AND TRICKS FOR A BEAUTIFUL CHEST

A chest high with firm breasts, AC is working! What kind of care that will help beautify your chest ? Here are 3 tips for a beautiful chest , along with some tips.

Do you take care of your chest?


1) Erase
The chest also has a right to scrub. The objective is to stimulate cell renewal by removing dead cells. The skin regains and flexibility, brightness and softness.
The skin of the breasts being fragile, it is advisable to use a gentle exfoliation with smaller grains, such as the face for example. Last set, do not abuse the scrub. Once every two weeks is enough.

2) Firm up
In the shower or out of the bath, consider applying a jet of cold water on your chest . The cold acts locally on the microcirculation, which helps tone the tissues, and firm your breasts . For the most sensitive, gradually decrease the temperature of the water. 

3) Moisturize

The little extras to strengthen your chest


Evening primrose oil and borage are rich in essential fatty acids. Form of food supplements (capsules), they help the skin fight against aging. 
In massage, essential oils contribute to the softness of the skin and can stimulate the microcirculation. In a base of argan oil or wheat germ oil, add a few drops of essential oil of rose, rosewood and geranium for example. Massage in the shower then rinse thoroughly with fresh water.

Little extras to enhance your chest


Throughout the day, remember to stand tall, shoulders and lower back. And you will increase your bust and putting your breast enhancement.
Some exercises also contribute to a good posture: standing or sitting, back straight, sign your palms against each other, elbows raised to shoulder height and press. Keep the pressure a few seconds, release and repeat 4 or 5 times.Do this exercise every day.

One last tip, make sure you choose your bra. It does not compress your breasts , but keeping them. It does not leave marks on the skin. Finally, do not wear a bra to sleep!
