ME AND MY ANTI-AGING CREAM

We have our whole face cream , which we use with the aim to make our skin more beautiful and longer. How to choose it and how to use it wisely? Here are some key things to know.

The market for anti-aging creams is booming and firms cosmetics are sparing no efforts to find new active ingredients ever more efficient. If you do not need the very latest, you can not do without a cream , moisturizer at least. The goal: to nourish, protect and prevent skin aging.

What are the anti-aging ingredients with proven effectiveness?

Vitamin A (or retinol) and its derivatives: anti-wrinkle and fine lines, this ingredient helps prevent aging skin .
AHAs (alpha hydroxy acids) or fruit acids: they refine the texture of the skin due to their exfoliating power.
Vitamin C: This antioxidant vitamin helps the skin protect itself against external aggression.
Vitamin E: antioxidant, it has a firming effect on skin.
Soy isoflavones: they also have a firming effect.
Ceramides: These are fats that protect the skin .
Hyaluronic acid: by fixing the water molecules inside the skin , it gives the skin a pumped up, pulpy.
Peptides: by stimulating the synthesis of collagen, they regenerate skin cells.
Wheat proteins: firming, they preserve the flexibility of the collagen fibers.

The anti-aging creams all have a moisturizing base. Second, they contain one or more active ingredients, namely that it is most often a combination of assets.

Some advice

  • Products show clearly their effects claimed (moisturizers, anti-wrinkle, anti-aging, firmness, solar, etc..) But also the types of skin which they are intended (normal, dry, combination, oily). This is important because a 'good cream is primarily one that matches your type of skin . It must be nice to apply and does not leave a greasy film on the skin.
  • Prevention, unnecessary a priori choose a cream for the skin of the quadrants or fifties if you have a small thirties. In other words, if your skin is no lack of firmness, for example, unnecessary boost with this treatment.
  • Regarding the quantity of cream to apply, no question of putting too risky to stifle 'the pores of the skin. Skin absorption has its limits.
  • It is not recommended to regularly change cream . The basic action of a cream is obtained after about three months of regular use. So conversely, when you find the right product for you, use it as long as possible to maximize its effectiveness and see a real improvement.
  • Quid sera: they are more concentrated than the cream s and often made in conjunction with creams in the same range to complement their activities. It may therefore be preferable to choose the same product line.
