10 TIPS FOR FOOD TO FEED YOUR SKIN

A beautiful skin is nourished from the inside. What are the foods preferred to have a beautiful skin and keep it long?Here are 10 tips to put into practice at any age.

1. Take plenty of vitamins and minerals: eat 5 servings of fruits and vegetables per day. Think salads, soups, fruit salads, etc..

2. Increase the proportion of fiber: eat whole grains at least once a day: bread every morning for example. 

3. Vary your nutrient intake: vegetables and season your salad with shallot, fresh onion, garlic, parsley and fresh chives.

4. To increase the essential fatty acids: water your salad with a drizzle of canola oil or olive oil.
