BEAUTIFUL SKIN ALL WINTER

In practice

  • Prefer cosmetics without alcohol and avoid antibacterial soaps and deodorants that are more irritating.
  • Keep a lip balm in your pocket to prevent early cracking.
  • Do not forget your hands, use at least once a day barrier cream for hands. Outside, wear gloves whenever possible or mittens. Wear rubber gloves for dishwashing and other household activities or crafts.
  • Inside, do not overheat and maintain a humidity of 30-40%. Use a humidifier if necessary.
  • And finally, drink lots of water: a liter and a half at least 2 liters but it's better and it does reduce cellulite and more.
