3 EXERCISES CHEST PRETTY SPECIAL!

Gymnastics can not radically alter the shape of your chest. However, it can restore it look great. Go!

Special nice chest: Exercise 1


Standing, feet flat, arms outstretched in line shoulders. Put the arm slowly to feel the pressure, until the palms are touching, then spread them apart and return to the starting position.

Special nice chest: Exercise 2


Semi-bent legs, stretch one arm back and the other straight up in front of you.Perform movements of the two scissor arms, back and forth at a rapid rate and regular.

Standing with legs straight and tight. Take a dumbbell of 500 grams or a small bottle filled with water in each hand. Open arms wide, elbows bent and hands toward the ceiling. When lowering the shoulders, hold for 15 seconds, then release.
