Yoga: where to go

There are in France, two federations of Hatha Yoga, which each form of teachers. Their differences are mainly on teaching methods, and also breathing. Besides these two federations, there are also two schools for teachers.

What will we offer?

- A theoretical study and practice of different asanas, the physical, symbolic and philosophical;
- A study from the mainstream of Indian thought and major related texts;
- A study of the human body anatomically and physiologically.All these courses are awarded a diploma to each own, none of which is recognized by the state.Federations or schools will provide all necessary information, including addresses of teachers closest to your home.
