2 TIMES MORE BEAUTIFUL: MUSCLE YOURSELF BY MAKEUP!

Finally a moment of tranquility! You do not have makeup? Perform these exercises while you apply your day cream. Start by performing these exercises every third day, then every other day and then every day you can not do without!

By disguising: Exercise 1

Standing with legs apart and feet solidly on the ground, back straight. Inhale and stretch the neck upward, as if a wire was pulling your head toward the ceiling.

Hold ten seconds.

5 times.

By disguising: Exercise 2

Standing with legs apart and back straight, inhale and contract strongly all your abdominal muscles for 8 seconds.

You should feel your stomach working.

5 times.

By disguising: Exercise 3

Front of the mirror head up and shoulders exposed.

Stay balanced on your toes then back down for 8 seconds and reassemble.

5 times in a row.
