SCULPT YOUR BODY ... WHILE IRONING!

Standing in front of your ironing board, do these exercises with broad gestures, accurate, and enjoy that time to sculpt your body. Perform these exercises every time you start ironing: they will soon become true automation.

In reviewing: Exercise 1


Iron taking your iron with the elbow up high. Stay as long as possible: in general, do not change hands constantly.

Then, make 10 trips to the slow size in one direction, then another. 

3 times.

In reviewing: Exercise 2


Still standing in front of your ironing board, iron hand, take advantage of your position to breathe in slowly and deeply. 

Exhale as 10 beats doing your back leg straight. 

10 times on each side

In reviewing: Exercise 3


In the same position, standing in front of your ironing board, feet firmly planted in the ground and back straight, rotate your head slowly from left to right and from bottom to top. 

Consider lowering your shoulders up. 


5 times in one direction and then in the other 5 times


Our tip


While making these moves, of course, stay very focused on your ironing: if not, what are your clothes that stand to lose!
