THE BAD SUNBURN!

The sun was good, provided protection from his blows to prevent accelerated aging of the skin and the dangerous skin cancer. In other words, do not abuse it and follow a few rules of conduct.

  • Expose yourself gradually, especially if your skin is clear.
  • Do not expose yourself between 12 and 16 hours.
  • Tan, choose the morning sun or late afternoon, you will benefit from the filtration of UVB by the atmosphere.
  • Use clothing, protect your eyes and your head (glasses, hat or cap).
  • Beware false impressions of protection: Cool winds, clouds, reflective ground (sand, water, snow).
  • In water, you are also vulnerable to sunburn.
  • Applying sunscreen should begin fifteen minutes before exposure, then repeat it every two hours, still on dry skin. Renew also implementation after each bath or shower.
  • Do not think you can expose longer if you use a high protection factor.Better even apply several times a day an average index only once a very strong indication.
  • Do not stay on the beach all day. Do not exceed one hour of "sun" day.
  • Do not expose yourself after application of scented products (which may give you tasks on the skin).
  • If you take medication, tell your doctor beforehand.
  • Wipe up after swimming because the water droplets affect "magnifying glass".
  • And finally, remember that a tan acquired gradually and without sunburn will last longer and be brighter than a deep tan!
